I'm Kevin, and I'd like to share a brief introduction about myself.

My Story

Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, I spent most of my life in New England. In 2022, my wife Tanya, of 23 years, and I, along with our three daughters - Gianna, Carmela, and Analia - relocated to Roseville, CA. We embraced denominational work, spearheading Church Planting, Revitalization, and Disciple-Making for the Seventh-day Adventist Church. I have a passion for connecting with people and teaching them how to utilize coaching and training techniques to foster the growth of leaders, disciples, and churches in any setting.

I began coaching church planters worldwide in 2018, spanning countries like the US, Zimbabwe, Albania, the Philippines, and Mexico. Lockstep Ministries was established in 2024 following two years of coaching and mentoring under the guidance of Master Coach Gary Reinecke. His expertise and dedication have significantly impacted both my personal life and ministry. Gary has since brought me on as an affiliate of his company InFocus. Now, I am eager to assist others in reaching their aspirations through the same approach.

The notion of Lockstep stems from the biblical term for the Holy Spirit, Para-Kle-tos, which signifies coming alongside someone. This is the essence of coaching ministry. In my role as a coach, I aim to support you in understanding the Holy Spirit's intentions in your life. You possess the necessary tools; my role is to guide you in uncovering them so you can develop and assist others in doing the same. I am here to support you and your ministry, and I am eager to connect with you soon!
